The Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Permanent Educator to join our team at Windaroo State School Helping Hands. As a key member of our team, you will work across split shifts to support the service's operating hours, Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 8:50am (Rise then Shine Program) and 3:00pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program).

You will be responsible for facilitating engaging child-centered programs, fostering healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents, and working collaboratively with a team of skilled Educators onsite.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong desire to become a service leader, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. You must also hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children, as well as Australian work rights.
