About Our Role

We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Collection Center Attendant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our Certified Collection Center (CCC).

Your primary focus will be on welcoming donors and receiving donations efficiently, while adhering to our established policies and procedures.

As a Collection Center Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for donated materials and equipment.

You will also be responsible for informing donors about unacceptable materials and loading trailers with sorted donations.

In addition, you will be required to prevent unauthorized access to the Collection Center and verify that no merchandise is stored, sold, or diverted without supervisor approval.

If any issues arise, you will need to report them to supervisors immediately.
