Financial Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Recovery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer refunds, reviewing account alterations, resolving client inconsistencies, and collecting overdue payments.
Main Responsibilities:
- To process customer refunds in a timely and efficient manner.
- To review and reconcile account alterations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- To resolve client inconsistencies by communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- To collect overdue payments through effective communication and negotiation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Accuracy and attention to detail when managing account figures and financial records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of AP/AR procedures.
- Proficient in the use of MYOB / Xero.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good understanding of financial systems and processes.
