Key Leadership Role in Resource Management

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a pivotal leadership role within our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic, operational, and tactical resource management plans to ensure that current and future programs and projects are properly resourced. This includes managing and maintaining resource reporting requirements and optimizing resource utilization.

A key focus of this role will be the implementation and embedding of our delivery portfolio resource management framework. The candidate will also be responsible for establishing and managing mechanisms to understand supply and demand requirements for program and project resources, including a flexible project portfolio resource pool by skill set based on available capacity levels.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to establish and manage the provision of resource demand and capacity planning, including contract management services. They will also possess strong stakeholder relationship management skills, negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and effective written and oral communication skills. Additionally, they will have experience leading, managing, and mentoring an effective multi-disciplinary team.
