About the Role: We are seeking a skilled professional to provide strategic leadership in technology workforce capacity planning, capability alignment, and long-range forecasting across a complex digital and technology portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead portfolio-wide workforce planning strategies and long-range forecasting
  • Govern enterprise resource allocations and workforce prioritization
  • Identify future capability needs across platforms, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity
  • Partner with leaders to deliver workforce alignment
  • Drive adoption of advanced planning and resource analytics tools
  • Candidate Qualifications:
    • 7+ years' experience in enterprise workforce/resource planning within technology operations or transformation programs
    • Proven ability to lead forecasting, capacity planning, and capability alignment
    • Strong understanding of technology delivery environments and portfolio governance
    • Experience using PPM and resource planning tools
    • Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at an executive level
    • Experience in regulated industries; certification in workforce planning, portfolio management, or SAFe required
