Job Title: Strategic Technology Resource Lead

As a Strategic Technology Resource Lead, you will provide visionary leadership in technology workforce capacity planning, capability alignment, and long-range forecasting across a complex digital and technology portfolio.

  • Lead enterprise-wide workforce planning strategies and long-range forecasting initiatives.
  • Govern resource allocations and prioritisation across multiple platforms.
  • Identify future capability needs and align them with business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic workforce alignment.
  • Drive adoption of advanced planning and resource analytics tools to inform decision-making.
  • Coach and develop a small team while leading Communities of Practice to uplift resource planning capability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust workforce planning strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators and measure progress.
  • Design and implement effective training programs to enhance resource planning capabilities.
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices in workforce planning and resource allocation.
About You:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in technology workforce or resource planning. Ideal candidates will have:

  • 7+ years' experience in enterprise workforce/resource planning within technology operations or transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of technology delivery environments and portfolio governance.
  • Experience using PPM and resource planning tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
