Senior Financial Strategist Job Description

The role of Senior Financial Strategist will be a key part of the executive team, driving financial strategy and planning to support business growth.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling techniques, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing global finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Developing and overseeing the annual budget, long-range financial plans, and forecasting processes, aligning financial strategy with business objectives.
  • Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing financial results, and providing insightful reporting and analysis to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial expertise and support strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluating potential investments, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives, providing rigorous financial modeling and recommendations.

Required skills and experience include:

  • Proven experience as a senior finance leader within a global, high-growth organization.
  • Deep understanding of financial metrics and analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and influence business strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams in a global, fast-paced environment.
