About the OpportunityThe successful candidate will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, partnering with Project Directors to drive strategy and optimise commercial outcomes. They will collaborate across projects within the team, sharing insights and best practices, and deliver strategic financial input for Joint Owners Committee and Investment Committee approvals.
Responsibilities- Lead forecasting and commercial assessments for Joint Ventures and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with complex agreements including Unitholder, Development, and Financing Agreements.
- Build strong relationships with Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Joint Venture partners.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and insights.
- Identify risks and opportunities, driving innovation and process improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking skills with problem-solving and influencing abilities.
- Resilience and solutions-focused approach with a drive to add value and improve efficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- CA or CPA qualification, with relevant tertiary education.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, planning, or analytics.
