Job Description

Betty's Burgers is a renowned burger shack experience offering an unparalleled classic burger experience. Our menu features fresh and mouth-watering burgers, alongside our signature homemade ice-cream.

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to step into the role of Kitchen Manager, leading effective and efficient back-of-house operations. The successful candidate will be pivotal in delivering quality products and services that we have become renowned for.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Stock control and ordering
  • Effective management of kitchen staff ensuring quality of product
  • Staff rostering and timesheets
  • Budgeting and food costing
  • Maintain kitchen presentation, cleanliness, and product integrity
  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy workplace environment
  • Opening/closing of restaurant

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • High standard of food preparation and productivity
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Experience in budget management and cost control
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/weekends
