- Contribute to menu development, kitchen organization, and team leadership.
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
- Manage stock levels, control costs, and minimize waste.
- Train, inspire, and guide junior team members in their culinary development.
Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Commercial Cookery from a registered training provider.
- Previous experience in a hotel or busy restaurant kitchen, with some shift leadership responsibility.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Australian working rights essential.
