Role Overview

This position involves claim triage, technical claims administration and managing external legal providers as needed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Triage and distribute new claims according to established processes.
  • Carry out technical claims administration including information gathering, claim investigation and determination, drafting correspondence, and calculating settlements.
  • Represent clients in minor case claims as necessary.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for timely claim resolution.
  • Built relationships with internal stakeholders and provide onsite client service when required.
Key Skills Required
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in claims consulting or related claims management roles.
  • Able to work within a team environment.
  • Data analysis and claims management skills.
  • Advocacy and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with claims management systems.
  • Able to deliver client results onsite.
  • Advantageous to have a legal background/training.
