This is an excellent chance for early career professionals to make a difference in workplace injury prevention and risk management. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Injury Prevention Consultant.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in delivering injury prevention services aimed at reducing musculoskeletal injuries among staff, contributing to the broader goals of our Workforce Health & Wellbeing Program.

Main Responsibilities:">
  • Manual Task Control: Drive a participatory approach to controlling manual task injuries with local governments across Western Australia, ensuring compliance with the WA Code of Practice: Manual Tasks.
  • Prevention Services: Innovate early intervention and prevention services to reduce musculoskeletal injuries and claim trends.
  • Ergonomic Services: Deliver manual task and ergonomic services (office and machinery) across Western Australia, including regional and remote locations.
  • Education Sessions: Provide education sessions to local government employees to mitigate workers compensation claims and costs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of strategies.

In this meaningful role, you will have opportunities to support local governments, travel Western Australia, and receive a corporate credit card for travel-related expenses.
