About this role:

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Casualty Treaty Underwriter to contribute to our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Underwrite new and renewal casualty treaty business
  • Manage all underwriting aspects of the treaty value chain, including underwriting, pricing, client/broker interactions and internal processes
Key Skills:
  • Strong experience in casualty underwriting, preferably with 8+ years in treaty underwriting
  • High level client management ability, negotiation skills, influencing capability, and proven relationship building skills
  • Robust contract knowledge, analytical proficiency and excellent communication and presentation skills
Requirements:
  • Professional qualification in insurance and a Bachelor degree or postgraduate level qualification in a relevant field
  • Flexibility in working hours and travel where needed, given regional and global interactions
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and innovative spirit approach
