Your Role:

The Agency Partnership Strategist will oversee the expansion of Impact's collaborations with agencies within their designated region. Key performance indicators for this role include the growth of inbound agency referrals, an increase in agency license revenue, the adoption of nurture licenses, and serving as an effective liaison between Impact Sales and partner business development teams. In certain regions, this role may also involve mentoring and delegating responsibilities to Channel Partnership Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong and productive relationships with agency partners in the ANZ region.
  • Generate inbound referrals from channel partners and facilitate direct outbound customer referrals.
  • Craft, deliver, and assess messaging that articulates Impact's positioning and agency partnerships both externally and internally.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure that Channel Partnerships initiatives effectively drive leads to revenue-generating teams.
  • Advocate for agency partners across various teams within Impact.
  • Prepare pipeline and sales reports to analyze trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage agency enablement initiatives, including e-learning programs and agency certification.
  • Conduct assessments of agency maturity and facilitate business reviews.
  • Provide guidance to agencies and co-pitch across key strategic accounts.
  • Deliver on-site agency training, demonstrations, and enablement presentations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS, with a background in consulting, business development, operations, account management, sales, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with the affiliate/partnerships industry and a network of agency contacts is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within partner and company hierarchies.
  • Knowledge of channel sales processes and best practices is preferred.
  • Proven experience in establishing and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Commitment to excellence, integrity, and teamwork.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced software environment.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals by PXA is a plus.
