About the Role

TikTok is a leading destination for short-form mobile video, and our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for building long-term partnerships with clients to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok.

With a focus on Australian e-commerce brands, this role requires knowledge and expertise in product and performance advertising. You will partner with and grow the biggest and best fashion and beauty e-com players in Australia.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of platform and industry experience, with a combination of retail & e-com client expertise, brand, performance & ad-tech, and is passionate about creativity and TikTok.

Responsibilities

- Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities
- Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct clients within our Mid-Market team
- Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions to all clients
- Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices

Minimum Qualifications

- 5 years of demonstrated experience in brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising
- Strong and relevant experience and connections
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study
- Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
- Knowledge of performance media, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying
- Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders
