Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of human resources functions across the entire employee lifecycle. They will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of HR services within the operations team, reporting to the studio manager and directorship.

The role includes recruitment, talent attraction and retention, employee relations, people and culture policies, engagement and wellbeing, performance reviews and management, administering HR systems and regular reporting to the leadership team.

Key requirements include at least 5 years of experience in HR advisory, consulting or generalist roles, with tertiary qualifications in HR, business administration or organisational psychology.

Responsibilities will also include supporting the development and implementation of people and culture strategies that align with business objectives, as well as contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
