Job Title: Client Support Officer

About the Role:

The Client Support Officer is a key position within our organization, providing a first point of contact for individuals accessing our services. This role operates within a dynamic team environment, responding to face-to-face, electronic, and telephone inquiries from members of the public and partner agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Hub Manager and broader workforce in delivering client-focused objectives aligned with strategic policy directions.

  • Competently prioritize tasks to provide optimal service delivery to clients.

  • Exercise advanced interpersonal communication skills in response to diverse client needs, including sensitivity to changes in behavioral presentation and indicators of risk and aggression.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong understanding of the importance of honesty and integrity in all interactions.
