Job Title: Client Support Officer
About the Role:
The Client Support Officer is a key position within our organization, providing a first point of contact for individuals accessing our services. This role operates within a dynamic team environment, responding to face-to-face, electronic, and telephone inquiries from members of the public and partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Hub Manager and broader workforce in delivering client-focused objectives aligned with strategic policy directions.
Competently prioritize tasks to provide optimal service delivery to clients.
Exercise advanced interpersonal communication skills in response to diverse client needs, including sensitivity to changes in behavioral presentation and indicators of risk and aggression.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong understanding of the importance of honesty and integrity in all interactions.
