Client Care Representative | Clinical Administration | Casual - Sydney South & Illawarra

Connect Hearing Australia is hiring casual Client Care Representatives to provide general support and leave cover for our busy hearing clinics across Sydney South & Illawarra (Campbelltown, Caringbah, Revesby, Sutherland) as well as Shellharbour, Wollongong and Bowral. Work hours are rostered Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with shifts allocated to meet clinic needs. Flexibility is essential.

Join a team focused on delivering exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

What will you be doing?
  • Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Providing administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Managing day-to-day clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
  • Billing clients accurately and processing a range of payments
  • Learning and using a range of software and applications
What do you need to be successful?
  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration
  • A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Great communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation and energy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
  • Focus on results and the best outcomes for both clinic and clients
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
