- Working across Stanhope and Kyabram sites
- Pay rate: HS1

About The Role
The Client Services Department is the central point of access, supporting Allied health, Theatre and Day Surgery at Kyabram and all internal and external services at the Stanhope Health site. As the initial contact for many entering our Health Service, the Client Services Unit will provide the "Image" of what Kyabram health stands for and our values of Caring, Inclusive, Versatile, Accountable and Collaborative.
If you are highly motivated and can adapt well to change and have a positive, friendly mindset then you will do well in this role.
About You
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with a commitment to customer service.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving ability.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while managing time effectively to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal supervision and show high levels of initiative whilst understanding limitations to Scope of Practice.
- Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office products and the ability to work with multiple software programs.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict information Privacy (Confidentiality)
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills that support and enhance positive relationships.
- Ability to communicate, support and facilitate ease of access to services for all clients/patients regardless of age, culture or ability.
- Experience in i.Patient Management System (IPM)
- Experience in Oracle Financial Management Information System.
- Experience in Regional Community Platform (RCP)
