We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to spearhead our people and culture functions, fostering a culture of excellence and providing high-level consultancy advice on complex HR issues.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in human resources, strategy, and change management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and embedding of contemporary people and culture practices.
- Provide authoritative advice to senior stakeholders on people, culture, and change management issues.
- Represent the organisation in whole-of-government forums on human resources transformation and other related matters.
Requirements:
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in payroll and recruitment services.
- A proven track record in driving organisational transformation.
