Director of Culture and People

As a Director of Culture and People, you will lead various initiatives that foster excellence in the organization.
This role requires high-level strategic advice and authoritative guidance to the Secretary and Executive on people, culture, and change management issues.
You will work closely with the Executive to drive organizational transformation and represent the organization in whole-of-government forums.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you must have leadership skills, collaboration abilities, and strategic vision. You should also possess experience in human resources, strategy, and change management.
Effective communication at all levels is crucial, as well as genuinely caring about people and inspiring a strong sense of purpose.
The Human Resources branch provides high-level consultancy advice on complex HR issues and partners with stakeholders to deliver a responsive service.
What We OfferWe offer flexible working options, including part-time hours, and are open to considering a range of arrangements.
Appointment to the role is on a fixed-term five-year basis, and completion of relevant tertiary or industry qualifications is highly desirable but not essential.
