Job Description

The Director People and Culture will:

  • Lead the development of a culture of excellence within the organisation.
  • Provide high-level strategic advice to senior executives on people, culture and change management issues.
  • Work with executives to drive organisational transformation.
  • Represent the organisation in forums related to human resources transformation and other people, culture and safety matters.

About the Role

This is a key role within the Human Resources branch which develops and embeds contemporary people and culture practices and provides payroll and recruitment services.

HR provides high-level consultancy advice on complex strategic HR issues and partners with stakeholders to deliver a responsive, high quality and seamless service.

What We Offer

Up to 73.5 hours per fortnight - flexible arrangements available.

Appointment to the role is on a fixed term five (5) year basis.

Key Requirements

Completion of relevant tertiary or industry qualifications and/or professional affiliation is desirable but not essential.
