Job Description
  • Develop, execute, and optimize high-budget campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and scaling campaigns.
  • Conduct deep analysis of campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement full-funnel advertising strategies from awareness to conversion.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices on Google and Facebook advertising platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign messaging and creative assets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Demonstrated expertise in bid strategy optimization, remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills — ability to work with large data sets, identify trends, and implement optimizations.
  • Solid understanding of funnel marketing, customer journey mapping, and attribution modeling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage campaigns end-to-end without heavy supervision.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
