  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and optimize high-budget campaigns to drive significant business growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies and optimize creatives, copy, and landing pages for better conversions.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Google Ads bidding strategies, audience targeting, and attribution models.
  • Manage full-funnel advertising strategies from awareness to conversion.
  • Provide clear reporting on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROAS to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience managing ad spends of $200,000+ per month.
  • Strong expertise in bid strategy optimization, remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and campaign tracking software.
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to work with large data sets, identify trends, and implement optimizations.
