Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in managing large-scale paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling Google Ads and Meta Ads, with monthly budgets exceeding $200,000.

This is a position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is data-driven, and can independently strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns to drive significant business growth.

The successful candidate will develop, execute, and optimize high-budget campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook and Instagram Ads (Meta platform). They will also manage full-funnel advertising strategies from awareness to conversion.

A strong analytical skills — ability to work with large data sets, identify trends, and implement optimizations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and optimize high-budget campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Manage advertising budgets in excess of $200K per month, ensuring maximum ROI and scaling campaigns effectively.
  • Conduct deep analysis of campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies and optimize creatives, copy, and landing pages for better conversions.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Google Ads bidding strategies, audience targeting, and attribution models.
  • Provide clear reporting on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROAS to leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience managing ad spends of $200,000+ per month.
  • Strong expertise in bid strategy optimization, remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and campaign tracking software.
