Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to assist clients with daily personal activities, community participation, and achieving their individual goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Assist clients with community engagement, including attending social, recreational, or cultural activities.
  • Promote independence and build capacity in line with participant goals.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Implement care plans and ensure services are delivered according to client needs.
  • Document progress and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Report any concerns, changes, or incidents promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Able to provide a NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Holding an NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
  • Current Working with children (WWC) check.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • National police check (less than 6 months old).
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (registered and insured).
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (desired).
  • Manual handling certificate.
  • Prior experience in disability support or a related field is beneficial.
