About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care and support services to customers with complex needs.

Each day will bring new challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers. Your expertise will be essential in assisting customers with personal care, household duties, cooking, and medication management, while providing companionship and building strong relationships.

To succeed in this role, you will need to excel in complex support environments, including In-Home Supports, Supported Independent Living, Clinical Settings, and Community Access. You must also have experience in manual handling, providing personal care, and maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders.

Requirements

- A current Open Driver's License.

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.

- 1 year experience in the Disability Sector providing services to individuals with complex needs.
