At Aruma, we strive to create a supportive environment for individuals with disabilities. As a support worker in our Childrens Services Ipswich team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of young people who have experienced trauma and have a disability.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care within a residential setting, ensuring a safe and nurturing home-like environment and promoting positive family relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess resilience to work within a trauma-informed framework and have a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent. A valid Australian full driver's licence and working rights are also essential.
