As a Commercial Pricing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the company's commercial direction and driving strategies that impact customer acquisition and retention.
The primary responsibility of this role is to drive pricing and commercial decision-making for the postpaid portfolio. This includes coming up with recommendations for tactical offers, new device/product launches, and activities to stimulate growth.
Pricing Strategies- Develop strategic plans for plan pricing, handset pricing, and multi-service bundles.
- Analyze competitor activity, performance of past offers, and customer behaviors to inform propositions that stimulate growth.
- Present commercial analysis and trading updates to key stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis to generate insights into customer behavior and preferences.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant or similar field.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills with a commercial focus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience and a can-do attitude.
Must have excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects at once.
Strong relationships builder with internal stakeholders including sales teams, product development, and marketing teams.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and have knowledge of CRM systems would be highly regarded.
