Job Title

The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in the success of our civil construction project by overseeing safety, quality, and efficiency during the concrete reinforcement and pouring phases. Their attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and resource management are essential for completing the project on time and to the required standards.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead our team with expertise and confidence.

Their responsibilities will include arranging plant, labour, and material resources for the project, directing and monitoring subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining a thorough understanding of OH&S standards, keeping daily records of site activities, reading plans, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Experience as a Site Supervisor in FRP projects is highly desirable
  • Certificate III in Civil Construction or equivalent is required
  • Experience with concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks is necessary
  • Implementation of quality control techniques is key to our success
  • Ability to plan and manage daily tasks and coordinate multiple teams across projects is essential
