A Senior National Account Manager role is available, responsible for leading the management of relationships with designated national accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Leading and executing strategic pillars to drive business growth.
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with buying teams and senior management.
- Collaborating with sales teams and merchandising assets to deliver strong results for both customers and the business.
- Liaising between key customers and internally to ensure timely communication of information.
- Leading cross-functional customer-focused account plans with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifying specific tactics with agreed timelines and target goals.
- Leading new product launches aligned with strategic marketing campaigns to increase distribution and sales velocity with key accounts.
- Understanding and analysing customers' goals in detail.
- Demonstrating business acumen, market knowledge, and the ability to make tactical decisions to increase sales.
- Experience managing Chemist Warehouse
- Ideal experience in Beauty/Cosmetics
- Ability to interface and demonstrate leadership internally and externally
- Ideal current operating level NAM/SNAM, open to Category Management
- Strong fixed remuneration with a generous bonus scheme
