St Hilda's School seeks to appoint a Digital Marketing Specialist who is positive and energetic, whose primary purpose is to support the Marketing Department and broader school community with developing, coordinating, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, while also creating high-quality content that aligns with brand strategies.

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in shaping the voice of the brand, ensuring consistent messaging, and driving engagement across multiple channels. This role reports to the Head of Community and Partnerships and works closely with the Principal, Marketing Officer, Foundation Officer, Enrolments, and Events Teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  2. To create high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, email, and websites.
  3. To coordinate and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
