Salary and Benefits:
We offer a highly competitive salary package between $150,000 and $280,000 per annum, plus uncapped bonuses and a company vehicle. You will also enjoy generous learning and development budgets, allowing you to enhance your skills and advance your career.
About the Role:
As a National Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and managing a robust pipeline of potential clients. You will work closely with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure seamless service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Conducting sales presentations, product demos, and negotiating contracts
- Collaborating with internal teams to support customer needs
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or engineering field
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive business growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach
