Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources specialist to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis until October 2026 for maternity leave coverage.

This role will cover a wide range of HR responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions, supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing various aspects of HR, including recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR-related tasks and projects with precision and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to employee data, payroll, and benefits
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Confidence navigating Australian employment law and ideally experience across other jurisdictions
  • The ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and maturity
  • Excellent judgment and strong communication skills
