We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Human Resources Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice on employment legislation and contemporary human resource management practices.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive team that values learning and growth. You will have the chance to develop and deliver presentation materials and information for training, webinars, and seminars, helping to build the capacity of our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong customer service skills, ability to manage competing priorities, and expertise in providing human resources and industrial advice to external and internal stakeholders.

You will also need to have tertiary qualifications in human resources and/or industrial relations or a related field, and knowledge of the role of local government.

The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a team. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
