Job Opportunity: Human Resources Professional

  • We are seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to provide strategic advice and support to our team.

This role will involve providing high-quality guidance on people management, employee relations, learning & development, recruitment, HR administration, and events planning for internal clients within a manufacturing facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice and support to stakeholders across the business
  • Acting as a key contact for unions and union delegates
  • Managing employee relations and individual matters
  • Ensuring compliance with employment provisions and legislation
  • Influencing stakeholders to deliver the People & Culture strategy

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources
  • Extensive experience in generalist human resources roles, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG environments
  • Employee Relations experience, including union relationships and ER matters
  • Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships
  • Effective communication skills

About the Role:

This is an autonomous position that requires strong partnerships, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
