Personal Support Assistant

Help at Home is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to provide support to our clients in the Inner West suburbs of Sydney. Our clients require additional assistance beyond their network of family and friends, and we need someone who can deliver high-quality care and support.

As a personal support assistant, you will be responsible for delivering a range of services including:

  • Personal care and hygiene
  • Light domestic assistance
  • Medication management
  • Meal preparation
  • Social support and companionship

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience working in home care or a similar setting
  • Certificate III in individual or aged care
  • Availability during the week and on weekends
  • COVID-19 vaccine recommended but not mandatory
  • Willingness to undergo a national police check
  • NSW driver's licence and own vehicle
  • NDIS workers check

Desirable qualifications include experience in manual handling, hoists, and transfers.
