Job Role:

We are seeking a candidate to fill the position of Support Specialist.

The successful individual will be responsible for delivering personalized support to clients in their own homes and community, assisting with daily living tasks and providing companionship and emotional support.

  • Daily living tasks: grooming, toileting, meal preparation, medication administration, and household chores
  • Providing companionship and emotional support while respecting client preferences and privacy
  • Following individual care plans accurately
  • Reporting any concerns or changes in client condition promptly
