Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues efficiently.
  • As a brand ambassador, you will deliver exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back, consistently exceeding their expectations.
  • You will identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, contributing to our industry-leading reputation.
  • You will provide world-class support to our clients in Cantonese/Mandarin and English, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.

What We Offer:

In this exciting role, you can expect:

  • A competitive estimated salary of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
