About the Role

As a Bilingual Trade Services Associate at CMC Markets Asia Pacific Pty Ltd, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our 14-year streak as recipients of industry awards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering outstanding service that keeps our clients satisfied.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, contributing to our industry-leading reputation.
  • Deliver a world-class experience to clients in Cantonese/Mandarin and English.

Your skills and expertise directly impact the satisfaction of our clients, with millions of trades executed annually.
