The Role

As a Peak Trade Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our business, providing outstanding customer service and support to our customers. You'll work closely with our team to deliver a seamless shopping experience, ensuring our customers leave the store satisfied and eager to return.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be available to work throughout the peak trading period, from early September to late February. You'll also need to be flexible with your hours, as we operate seven days a week.
