The Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates during our peak trade season. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interact with customers, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Sell products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support when needed.

Requirements:

  • You must be available to work throughout the period of early-September 2024 to the start of February 2025.
  • Flexibility with hours is essential, as we operate seven days a week.
  • You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a geographical area.

Salary: $25-$30 per hour (dependent on experience), plus superannuation and other benefits.
