As a Bilingual Trade Services Associate at CMC Markets, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation as industry leaders. Based in our dynamic Barangaroo office, you'll navigate the fast-paced world of financial services, gaining invaluable experience and developing your skills.

Your journey begins with comprehensive training, including the prestigious RG146 Financial Regulatory qualification. You'll become an expert in our cutting-edge trading platforms, learning from industry professionals who are passionate about your growth.

  • We offer a competitive salary package, estimated around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

What You'll Be Working On

As our new Bilingual Trade Services Associate, you'll:

  • Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, contributing to our industry-leading reputation.
  • Provide our clients a world-class experience in Cantonese/Mandarin and English.

Your experience and expertise directly impact the satisfaction of our clients, as millions of their trades are successfully executed annually.

What Will Help You Succeed
