**About Them**
A market leader in their industry and have been operating in Australia for over 60 years. They design, manufacture and distribute products for both residential and commercial markets. In Australia they directly employ over 200 employees which are made up of predominately Sales & Marketing and Manufacturing. Due to a recent restructure, an exciting opportunity exist for an experienced HRBP to join the team on a short-term assignment for 6 months.

**About the role**
Reporting to the HR Director ANZ, this role will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle and delivering HR support for Australia which consists of over 200 employees. You remit will include:

- End to end recruitment and selection, right through to onboarding
- Guidance and advice on ER matters, including documentation and case management
- Providing guidance on HR policies around labour laws
- HR Policy and Procedure development
- General HR Administration such as contract, letters and other documentation
- HR Support in payroll and data management

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong end-to-end HR generalist experience, ideally within a blue-collar business. Stakeholder management in a heavy or manufacturing industry will be highly-valued, along with a good understanding of compliance and industrial relations.
