At Pitcher Partners Australia, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Compliance Operations Specialist to join our Practice Management team in Sydney.

About the Role:

The Compliance Operations Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the firm's compliance obligations are met. You will be responsible for coordinating and administering support for the firm's Risk and Quality Committee processes, including meetings and reporting processes.

You will also be involved in monitoring and supporting the firm's compliance obligations, maintaining quality management tools, templates, and checklists, and providing regular reporting on the operation of the firm's Compliance and Quality management frameworks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer support for the firm's Risk and Quality Committee processes
  • Monitor and support the firm's compliance obligations
  • Maintain quality management tools, templates, and checklists
  • Provide regular reporting on the operation of the firm's Compliance and Quality management frameworks

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong written and communication skills, be commercially minded, and have a systematic approach to completion of work with a focus on accuracy and completeness.

You will also need to be organized, self-sufficient, and thorough, with the ability to multi-task and build successful relationships.
