This role will play a vital part in our Student Wellbeing and Engagement team, working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement strategies that promote student success.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced case manager to join our team, someone who shares our passion for delivering high-quality services that make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive case management support to students who require assistance with multiple and complex needs. This may involve working with students who are experiencing mental health issues, domestic violence, or other high-risk situations.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that students receive the support they need to achieve their academic goals and maintain their overall wellbeing.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Providing case management support to students with multiple and complex needs
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely access to services
  • Developing and implementing individualized plans to support student success
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on student progress

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency
  • Significant experience in case management and therapeutic interventions, particularly with diverse groups
  • Substantial experience in mental health support, including crisis intervention and risk assessment
  • High-level communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders
