About the OPPORTUNITY
We have a great opportunity for a Case Coaching Specialist to join our business based in Henderson WA.
We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as working a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working.
Reporting to the Case Coaching Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing HR advice to managers and employees primarily on case management including workplace investigations.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Conduct and support workplace investigations
- Support line managers in case management through providing detailed case management advice and documentation
- Provide assistance to managers and employees on the content of employment legislation, industrial awards and agreements
- Assess, triage and resolve queries relating to case coaching depending on the complexity
- Understand end-to-end core HR processes, process accountabilities, hand-offs and internal control requirements
- Guide experienced and inexperienced managers through best practice employee relations and case coaching processes, by coaching and educating to enable self-serve and increase leadership capability
- Continuously seek to challenge and improve processes in consultation with the Employee Relations and Business Partnering teams.
About YOU
- Demonstrated experience in case coaching or similar role
- Tertiary qualification or studying towards in a Business/Human Resources related discipline (highly desirable)
- Working knowledge of employee legislation, controls and compliance
- Highly developed problem-solving and critical thinking skills
