Job Description

The APS6 Case Management Officer is a pivotal role within our organization, accountable for undertaking intricate work that is guided by legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies and precedents.

This position involves complex case management of AAT matters, analysing to develop options for early resolution. The successful candidate will obtain necessary information and advice to effectively resolve AAT matters.

In this dynamic role, you will attend Case Conferences, Conciliations and Hearings conducted by the AAT. You will also prepare documents detailing resolution options and outcomes at Case Management meetings.

You will assess and respond to priorities and risks, including risk to the participant, Scheme sustainability and our organization.

Additionally, you will prepare and maintain electronic record keeping, including evidence supporting decision making processes and justifying conclusions reached during the case management process.
