Senior Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Resolution Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring positive outcomes for older people receiving aged care services.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and manage risk, work within legislative requirements, and make impartial recommendations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with complainants, care recipients, their supporters, and service providers to identify concerns and develop options for resolution.
  • Analyse and interpret information, including identifying, prioritizing, escalating, and managing risks within your caseload.
  • Contribute to the overall objectives and outcomes of your team, meeting legislated and other key performance indicators.
  • Manage high caseloads involving complex and sensitive subject matter and competing priorities.

This role also requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to maintain productive working relationships.
