Training Package Developer

The role of the Training Package Developer involves creating and delivering high-quality training solutions to enhance user experience. This entails crafting engaging content, leveraging a variety of tools, and facilitating presentations in group and classroom settings.

This position requires a strong understanding of operational dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and engage participants. The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling frequently throughout Australasia, including overseas locations, and working in a hybrid environment with extensive travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive training packages using documentation, audio/visuals, and other resources that cater to learner needs and required competencies for Modular product usage.
  • Facilitate and deliver high-quality training to clients and employees in classroom and/or operational environments.
  • Utilize various assessment methods, including exams, practical demonstrations, logged sat time, KPI portfolios, observational assessments, and computer-based evaluating, to measure learner competency.
  • Collaborate with business units to assist clients in improving system usage and demonstrating value proposition.
  • Maintain compliance with legislative, policy, and customer site requirements.
  • Reinforce awareness and demonstrate commitment to safety as the top priority and achieving zero accidents.
